Night Terrors and PTSD

HORRIFIED at the site of the drop in sex trafficking building and the smell. There were no staff available, no towels, shower curtain, toilet paper, electrical outlets, poor locking system, no refrigerator, spiders, just NO NOTHING. They post this photo that is a lie. People live in those monthly room.

The room was not ready six hours after I checked in. Only one bed was available after another hour wait. There were no towels, shower curtains, soap, etc. The toilet would not flush feces down and was never fixed during the six-day stay. The assistant completed paperwork for a refund. I will be surprised if that form was successfully filed.

Horrible experience

No pillows for the beds, no toilet paper, no towels of any kind in the bathroom. I had to buy my own pillow, towels, soap in order to take a shower and sleep on the bed. No WIFI so no use of the TV. Left a day earlier, not a good experience.

First day was horrible room wasn't ready had some but looks like their renovating there were no tv no towels no curtains no toilet paper no fridge nor microwave and they have people that are permanent lives there so you wont get a room on the first floor the electrical plug wasnt working but one they had to put a piece on the shower so that we can take a shower no wifi we put a blanket we took from another room and use it for a curtain. Like i said they are fixing the rooms cause the walls were nice and clean the furniture was brand new the tub and sink was all new the air condition unit was brand new so we did ended up staying. Nice and quiet too

The place looks like it needs to be torn down. Windows were broken, duck tape on doors, windows. Looked very unclean and unsafe. False advertisement!! As soon as we saw the place we cancelled immediately! Still waiting for refund.

2 night stay, couple.

The room was clean enough i suppose. I had booked the room for 2 people, but was only given 1 pillow, even after asking for another, and was only given 1 towel/wash cloth. There was no toilet paper, and some of the plugs didn't work in the room. The water in the shower was good, the tv great, and the microwave convenient.

They were overbooked. There were no towels or toilet paper and only 1 pillow. When i called to tell them, they said they didnt have anymore. The only good thing about it is that it was clean.

We came there for a concert and are room was unavailable because of a plumbing issue. We were given a key for a different room for when we returned. When we arrived at the second room there was no bedding or pillows, no controller for the AC. The window was broke out of the bathroom and the TV had been stolen. I asked for a refund and still haven’t received it.

Don’t go there !

Our room wasn’t ready because of a plumbing issue. So we were put in a different one that had recently been broke in to and the TV was stolen. Not to mention that the bed didn’t even have sheets or pillows. We were put in this room knowing that the window was still busted out. I asked for a refund and still haven’t received it.

Canceled us at the last minute

Just wanted to let everyone know that I booked this place because my original place got canceled due to a roof issue. So I immediately booked this place 3 weeks before our trip even took place. It said there was 1 room left so I booked it. Some one from the motel called me about an hour before we left and told me they had to cancel and refund my money because they had a plumbing issue which left us with no place to stay for the weekend. Did you really have a plumbing issue or did you realize you overbooked due to the music festival and realized you could get more money??

We went to a music festival and hotels were limited when I booked it, which was to be expected. I called customer service and attempted to settle with just a bed. The lady that was working there seemed very overworked and overextended considering she was the only one working there. The owners of the property don’t seem to be properly keeping up with the hotel. According to her, the plumbing was also broken. When we got to the room there was a bug on the pillow, a bug on the curtain, no toilet paper, no towels, none of the plugs were working, a broken window and the AC wasn’t turned even when we came back. At the end we decided not to stay

RUN don't walk away from this place

Didn't have very high expectations to begin with but with that being said, this was far worse than I could have thought. First of all, when we booked this room we were given options as to the size of the bed. We booked a king size bed but once we checked in to our room we found that the bed was instead a FULL size. There was a dead cricket in the room and the floors had clearly never been mopped. The bathroom window had no lock mechanism, meaning anyone from outside could have easily climbed in through there. Paper thin walls meant I could hear entire conversations being had by the people staying in the room next to us, not to mention the sound of their alarm going off and being repeatedly snoozed to no end early in the morning. To top it off, we got locked out of room the second night of our stay. We arrived to find that our key no longer worked so we were unable to go into our room and had to leave our belongings behind as we ventured to find another place to spend the night. This was because there was NO ONE physically present at the front desk and no one answered the phone after we called multiple times in the span of the following 2 hours. The following morning we returned, only to find there was still no one at the front desk and no one answering phone calls. Finally after almost an hour, someone answered the phone, we explained what happened, and were eventually let back into our room. The staff member apologized and offered us a refund for the night we didn't stay on
