"Our initial room was not clean, but we were quickly moved into a clean room. Breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast to be had. I think there was yogurt and cold cereal but there was no attendant and no coffee."

"When we arrived I went in the back entrance to check in - could only find rooms and a kitchen. I went back out and checked the front of the building, door locked, the door at the end of the building, locked. I went back to the back of the building, got the phone number and called. From there things went well, but thank goodness my cell phone worked - it had only had reception while we were in Grand Falls.
