"I did not like that apon arriving we rang the bell three times before someone came then walking in I checked out the bed and there was some tan stuff on the sheets there were only two towels and two hand towels and they told us no visitors were allowed and there were junk cars on the property like someone was working on them then when we went to check out no one came to the window so we couldn't get a receipt I hope we get out refund back we only stayed do to an emergency and we couldn't...

"The Laminate wood grain flooring was peeling up, which made it unsightly and difficult to role the desk chair on."

"The Staff charged me $440 dollars at check in instead of $40 for the incidental hold on my card. They apologized, but the damage was already done. They canceled the charge, but I still won't be able to access that money for 5-10 business days. This sorta threw a wrench in my weekend plans being 440 dollars short for my birthday. There wasn't any compensation for the mix up. The room itself was great and clean but this was a super frustrating experience."

"Rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and friendly. Easy check in. Always a pleasant experience. Love the size of the rooms and it having a kitchen, stove fridge, sink and 2 tvs. "

"Breakfast was great! Good selections and staff is on top of making sure that everything is well taken care of. The one thing that the hotel does not have is coin-laundry for the guests, otherwise everything is excellent. "

"I had a great stay. Staff was efficient and fast. Breakfast was light. Nothing extreme but delicious. Hotel is outdated but room was big and I slept great on the bed. No complaints. Definitely booking again if ever in the area."

"Parking was easy and secure. It's right along a main boulevard and the freeway is close. An excellent place to stay if you're going to Disneyland. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again. "
