Received an email saying they would have a service person address it. Next morning the ants made their way into the room. I notified staff the next morning, in person, and was assured it was taken care of. We had ants the entire time, which because more and more of a problem, as one might expect. "We had a lovely stay at The Inn At Ormsby Hill. The owners were warm and hospitable and they ensured the rooms and grounds were well presented. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio, chatting in the living room, and eating a delicious breakfast in the dining room. A visit to the neighboring Hildene Estate rounded our our stay. We are already planning our next stay!"

"This was the second time I’ve stayed at this location, first time under New Englander Inn name. Both times I was impressed by how clean and organized the breakfast area was. A staff member was constantly in and out cleaning up and restocking the breakfast items."

"I’ve stayed here before and I’m glad I returned. The staff is friendly. I ate dinner at the bar after a long day. The filet was cooked as requested and the asparagus was fresh. I made use of the pool the following morning. My stay was perfect."
