"Shower water pressure was abysmal. Had to request fresh towels multiple times unsuccessfully before picking up from front desk in person. Vanity legs in bathroom were broken. Couch looked like a scratch post for cats. Had to special request coffee every morning. Would not recommend and will not rebook."
