"Susan took care of us, the suite was large the fully stocked. It was enjoyable to visit out of the country."

"This is a wonderful bed and breakfast. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. We stay here every year to at Christmas time to see the lights at Rock City. The breakfast is always good and so are the afternoon snacks. "

"Would love to give them a 10, but there are a few things you should know. The microwave and coffee maker is community use, in the lobby,not in rooms. The breakfast is more grab and go, with the exception of sausage patties. I enjoyed the stay, but had the smoke alarm go off both mornings around 5:30 without any explanations."

"The bed linens had dirty spots, the floor was dirty and …. The shower had black mold growing in the lower grout. The hallways were a mess due to remodeling but not an excuse for the room condition. "

"lamp and alarm clock were unplugged upon arrival; inside of lampshade was covered in cobwebs; curtains were damaged; sink was not cleaned, wall & bottom of shower could use cleaning as well; pretty sure the sheets were not changed after the last person. nothing worth changing a one-night stay over, but wouldn’t stay for more than that. front desk people were very nice though :)"

"Room was filthy, with flies and insects, it was non smoking but smelled like an ashtray. Found a dead rat in the parking lot. Terrible experience "

"Upon check in, we learned the pet fee was an additional $75. The beds were too soft. There was no microwave in the rooms so we had to go down to the lobby and use a common microwave. There was no coffee machine in the room. They had an ice machine but no cups provided in the room. The breakfast was good. "

"Upon arrival, room had bugs, stains on sheets, and upkeep of inside was mediocre. Manager had “walked out” so we couldn’t get our refund that day. Still waiting on refund. "
