"Nice large & clean rooms. Would definitely stay here again."

"This place was disgusting. The lobby, elevator and hallway floors were visibly filthy and the entire place smelled like rotting food. Staff was hard to find and get ahold of. I had to extend our stay by one day and they still came aggressively knocking and opening the door the morning of the old check out date. I was also double charged for the last day. Don’t waste your time or money here! "

"The hotel is down at the heels. The hallways are stained and not vacuumed."

"The room was very nice. The bed was kind a little to the floor with only one mattress on it. The bathroom is beautiful with the seeds inside the shower. The TV was pretty good. I said think about him George on the screen that was nice that was it. It was a nice room and we enjoyed our stay."

"The Breakfast was Great & So were the Ladies Had Smiles on their Faces Every Morning and took your plates when you were finished & it was Clean. The front Desk needs some help it was a young staff who seemed bothered when you checked in or out or if you needed something because they were too busy on their Cell Phones. Our Room needed Updating, but there were signs saying they were in the middle of updating. I have been to plenty of Best Westerns and this one needs some staff help on keeping...

"The parking garage on property was a huge plus! Staff was so friendly and our rooms were spacious and very clean! The only issue was we paid for a premium room with a view of the lake but were placed on the 5th floor and our only view was of the roof and solar panels! Other than that no complaints! "

"Sheets had stains on them and found bedbugs on BOTH beds as soon as I arrived. There was also not any toilet paper and the room was incredibly small considering how much they charge for it. The two beds barely fit and all there is left is a space in between the beds for you to place your stuff. There isn't even a trashcan inside the room, so you would need to either go down the stairs and go outside and throw your trash away or use the small trashcan in the bathroom."

"Facilities well maintained, conveniently located to highways. One issue was my room had been unquestionably been smoked in extensively causing strong smoking odors. "

"Don’t like Starbucks, provide normal coffee to guests. Everything else was great"

"We had a very clean room with a great view of the Charles River. Great running routes through parks and paths right from the hotel, and a Starbucks in the lobby!"
