"Hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing missing was the air conditioning in our room, mentioned in Expedia. We received a room upgrade for the 2nd day. Manager of the hotel was very helpful and accommodating to make our experience an unforgettable one. We recommend the hotel and will stay again. "

Only minor suggestion for betterent would be to reconfigurate the top terrace/roof furniture layout for photo shooting of sunrise with hot air balloon in early morning. "

"It was a very beautiful hotel with animals roaming around and beautiful views of Goreme and rock chimneys. The staff was extremely helpful in booking activities and helping us out. The pool was very handy on a hot day. This is an amazing hotel and we highly recommend it. "

"The hotel was beautiful from the landscaped sitting areas outside to the cave-style rooms inside. The staff was absolutely kind and helpful and the morning breakfast was perfect before a day out exploring the wonderful surrounding areas. The location is walking distance to the local restaurants but tucked away to avoid the traffic and dusty roads. And the view from the hotel of the balloons was magnificent. We loved our stay."
