I stayed here in the New Year of 2026.
The stay itself was fine, but I have a major complaint about the way I was treated at check-in.
I had communicated at least three times in advance via chat on the booking app that I wanted to book the balloon flight activity through the hotel. At each time, I was informed that it would be available for booking at check-in on the day.
I had also informed them in advance that I would be staying in the New Year of 2026 and that check-in would be around 10:30 PM.
However, when I actually asked to make a reservation at check-in, I was told that the activity was already fully booked. Shortly thereafter, I was told that they could arrange it through a friend of a staff member, and I was charged nearly double the regular price.
Despite being repeatedly told in advance that reservations were available, I was suddenly told on the day that the activity was fully booked and offered an alternative, more expensive route, which left me feeling very distrustful.
Ultimately, I feel that I was not properly informed or that information was not shared appropriately.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering staying here for the purpose of participating in the activity make a confirmed written reservation in advance.
