"The hotel was beautiful! Our cable & streaming was mot working, staff did try to troubleshoot. The serving staff is very slow needs a better customer awareness. We will be back this summer"

"Very old motel that had a bad odor issue in the carpeted hallways, oddly like an overwhelming chili powder. Areas of the floor had give and were squeaky. Property not secured at night due to broken keypad on back door. Bedspread was old and dated, but linens and room clean. They had forgotten to leave soap in the room, but this was quickly and pleasantly remedied at the front desk. There was a coffee station, and perhaps continental breakfast (?), but I was not told hours and did not utilize this. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. Honestly, for the price, this is what I would expect but I would encourage owners to invest in some upgrades -- replacing carpet and bedspreads the priority -- and increase price accordingly."

"The room we reserved was unavailable due to heat issues. The replacement in the Vinifera suites was marginal. The bedspread was too small, exposing the mattress. The overall experience was mediocre. We have been coming to Belhurst for over 40 years. This may have been our last visit"
