"This boutique hotel is clean, safe, and comfortable. The small gym is surprisingly well equipped with free weights, an elliptical, and even a water rowing machine. I had several meals here, and for such a quiet and intimate place, the food was very good. I stayed twice within a week, and while I did have to ask them to adjust the hot water, everything else was just right. Overall, it’s exactly where I would choose to stay again, and I’d recommend it to others."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds. The room we stayed in was dated but comfortable with tea/coffee/water etc. There is a nearby complex with a supermarket, bars, restaurants and cafes. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly apart from in the main restaurant which was really strange! Breakfast overall was pretty poor, it wasn’t just the service that let it down. "

"From the moment we arrived we felt safe and at home. The property has a lovely calm feel. All the staff are super helpful. "The staff were professional and engaging. The standard rooms were spacious, large, clean and comfortable. There is a food court nearby and it is walking distance to the CBD and also to shopping centres like Fife Avenue Shops. I would happily stay there again. Secure parking inside a gated complex makes it very safe. "

"The property is in a gated community and very quiet.The backyard is beautiful! I was the only one staying that night. It's a three bedroom, three bath house with very comfortable seating areas inside and out. Staff prepared a delicious steak dinner with fresh made fries and salad. Since I was leaving early, they prepared a breakfast to go. I would definitely stay at Sunbird Guesthouse again!"
