"Rooms are not sound proof at all. Could hear the people above us snoring all night."

"Nice spacious room on the main square in Donegal. Though on the square, surprisingly very quiet. Walkable to everything in town. Had trouble using the e-key but was able to get a physical key within a minute’s walk. The included kettle and fridge were nice touches. Would definitely book again."

"This was in a quiet location about 1 mile out of Ardara. A secluded and peaceful place. The main house was old and interesting. Our room was comfortable and clean but had quite a smell which wasn’t unpleasant so much as unusual. However, we both enjoyed a good night’s sleep in a comfortable bed. The breakfast was good and the staff very pleasant. Although it was okay, I felt that it was overpriced by some margin. We paid £127 for two people b&b for one night which was probably about £40- £50 too...

"Lovely traditional hotel with great sea views to the front. John was very pleasant and booked us in and showed us to our rooms which were clean and comfortable. Private parking to the rear of the building. Fantastic breakfast, cooked to perfection and staff serving were very pleasant. Will definitely stay again."

"It was all good- with micro and mini fridge would be a good place for people making base to explore the region. We got charged extra $20 for something after our stay- not sure what that was for. Only complaint really. "

"The entrance to Lough Eske Castle is a facade that was built sometime in the late 1800s. This is important because it looks like something out of someone's Disney fantasy. If you're looking for a 5-star historically relevant architectural site, this is not for you. We had room 248. It was literally a 3000 step walk each way to the restaurant from our room. Not for the mobility impaired. The vibe was very much corporate hotel, the kind that wants bang for its buck. The rooms were cheap and room...

"Beautiful hotel in every way. A short walk to town centre, but we liked that aspect to be in a quieter area for the evening. Excellent food. Well maintained pool and spa area. Suggestions: partner with the local laundry for guest laundry service."
