"I love our bedroom view to Mount Fuji. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. The only thing that was kind of inconvenient is that I didn’t get a heads up to make a reservation for dinner and dinner time was full already. If you stay here make sure to make reservation for dinner or you will have to walk to look for a place to eat."

"Onsen on site and great buffet! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms were great and recommend if looking to stay in the area. There are not many food options close by but we stayed here after our day tour for Mt Fuji. Highly recommend."

"The TEN-YU was an exceptional experience. The staff recieve you as if you just arrived home. The whole ambience is of relaxation and de stressing. Enjoyed a fabulous aromatherapy massage at the onsite AnSpa, which was in the most serene location. The Tepanyaki dinner was something else!! Beautifully prepared starters and delicious cuts of the best Kobe beef. We were able to unwind immediately from a long trip and made it a stay i will never forget!!!"
