Room was nice and big. Location of hotel is good. Only pitty thing was, in front of hotel there a big contruction is going on, which will take years to complete. Most negative part, the breakfast. Breakfast itself was good, but it was always a challenge to find a free table for consuming the breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a business trip and think it is an excellent place to stay at a reasonable price. The staff were very helpful and the room was ideal for my requirements. I enjoyed the self-service breakfast in the morning with the range of different food options and like having the bar/restaurant so I could get a drink and bite to eat if I got in late. I have stayed at this hotel before and will stay at this hotel again in the future when I visit Gothenburg.

Not aware rooms cleaned only every 4 days. Came back late during a weekend from one of the outer islands. Was not aware you could go down to the front desk and ask. Given what I paid for the room granted in August on the weekend during the music festival didn't think I woild need to look through the fine print. Otherwise no complaints at all good location.

The staff were all very helpful (front desk, restaurant and bar), good gym, great location, room was very spacious, however, it didn't have any ammenities at all and there was a gap between the wall / window and the blackout curtain, so the room was already very bright around 4am.

This hotel is very central and the rooms and breakfast are good. I’ve stayed several times before and I noticed no reduction in standard. The only thing was the bedside lights didn’t work properly, even after me flagging up to reception. The TV reception also doesn’t always work. So it’s a bit tired, but still good value.

I stayed at Comfort Hotel Gothenburg and overall had a mixed but mostly acceptable experience. The location was very convenient for me, as it was very close to my workplace and I could reach it quickly. The staff at check-in were excellent and very welcoming. My room was on the third floor, but it did not have any special view. The room had a triangular shape and included a single bed, a work desk, a hair dryer, and a 32-inch TV with a few national channels. There was no fridge, electric kettle, minibar, or similar facilities in the room. The bathroom was not very modern, but it felt clean. It had one hand towel and one large towel, and shampoo/body wash and hand wash were available. One negative point was that whenever guests in the nearby rooms opened or closed their doors, the wall of my room shook. Also, when I went to sleep, I noticed that the duvet had a very unpleasant smell, but I tolerated it for the night. Breakfast was generally good, and the restaurant staff were excellent and very friendly. Overall, the hotel has a great location and friendly staff, but the room comfort and cleanliness of the bedding could be improved.

Friendly staff. Good quality, plentiful & varied breakfast. Excellent location. Walking distance to old town & trams/buses stop outside for elsewhere. Roof bar was fabulous. Down side was no tea/coffee in the room and thin mattress on bed but we still slept well & you can purchase tea/coffee in reception.
