"Zero information on how to check in to the property (not at the apartment location), zero response to messages, locked out of building multiple nights with faulty key cards and had to walk across town to the hotel that manages the apartments to have them re-coded. This place is a joke. "

"Clean, comfortable, and convenient to tourist sites. The hotel was spotless. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked, and the room was spacious. The hotel is steps away from shopping, restaurants, and tourist activities. They parked our car for us (for a fee), and we walked almost everywhere. The staff is extremely friendly, down-to-earth, and professional. Breakfast is on-site, and dinner is served in the restaurant next door (can still charge it to your room). Little perks like...
