Their attention to detail, helpfulness, friendliness, and safety were the best we have experienced and we travel a lot! The location is excellent, right across the street from the beach where they have dedicated staff and chairs. The rooftop pool has gorgeous views and excellent service."

"Great experience! English-speaking staff made it so easy. Location is in a very safe area. Breakfast buffet was incredible and we were so glad they had protein (eggs, bacon, and yogurts)--which was not available in other Brazilian hotels we stayed at, as carbs/cake are often served for breakfast. Nearby is an açai bowl place (bonus)."

"The front desk agents were very helpful and attentive. The called my taxi and help me with my reservation to Christ the Redeemer. One of them even print and rescheduled my reservation!"

"The copacabana in general is old, and also this hotel shows it. While we received an ocean view room, the paintwork and chalking showed it abuse by time. I would rate this the same as a mid tier European hotel in France or Italy. The breakfast was good and the bellman was helpful. Would I stay here again? Yes…but only if I needed to stay at the copacabana. We stayed at Ipanema earlier and that is our personal preference."

"El baño no estaba tan limpio como esperaba, en las uniones de las mamparas de baño con el piso se veía mugre acumulada por mucho tiempo. También en las uniones de los revestimientos. La ducha se veía fea, el hotel en general parece un poco viejo. Igualmente son detalles en general buena estadía excelente atención al cliente."
