"The pictures are very deceiving. The room was dark, no windows, low ceiling, and pubic hair all over the bath tub. I told the staff and they came to clean the tub. A truck had its window busted out and there were 4 police officers there when we were checking in. "

"The Wyndham garden airport is a perfectly okay hotel. It's in need of a renovation because the property feels older and a bit run down. However, it has some nice features like a nice pool, fitness room, lobby area and several nice little nooks where you can sit and relax and enjoy the outside. All of the staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful and they really helped make my visit more enjoyable. My room was clean and acceptable if a bit dated and nothing to write home about. "

"Hotel is very nice with great amenities. Very clean. Very well located. Service continues to fall short for higher end property. They still seem to struggle when busy and have been unable to work out the kinks since opening over a year ago. Valet service took over 40 minutes from time i requested my car and only when I asked the valet status did he actually grab my key to go get the car. Also sat at bar for 20 mins without any acknowledgment from staff. Only when I asked bartender if someone was waiting tables did he come over to serve us. This is my third time staying here and have to say I was very disappointed. There is a lot of new high end competition in the area. Seems like I will be hard to keep up if this is the service one can expect. "
