"No benefits as Gold or Vip Access. Staff very helpful. Parking is managed by valet. Dead sea access is a small portion area and some dificult to arrive. 9 pools , only usable are 5 , others are private. Butler service was good. Breakfast buffet very nice i recommend it. In our case was a family duplex, all was working good. Babilonia style the complex. Rehan restaurant was 4 from 10. They have many options. 1 to 10 y give 6."

"Bathroom smells bad all the time , singer at night so annoying, not enough towels only 2 , breakfast not the best juice hot not cold there is flies inside bread cabinet, but not that bad breakfast but they can do better, my advice don’t go to the Falls area if there is people there because they will leave everything and they’ll keep looking at you I don’t know why , all my bad comments but still it’s worth it to visit I like it I go all the time but I hope they make it better, workers are...
