"The staff were very friendly and helpful..parking was safe, but we didn’t realize there was a $10.00 charge!
Food was good and the breakfast staff provided me with gluten free bread and a muffin when I asked if there was anything gf could have.
The room was very nice and clean."

"What a beautiful historical home, meticulously restored and furnished. Excellent location, safe neighborhood, easy access to restaurants. Nice bath sheets and linens including bathrobes. Lovely. We were on the third floor in room 7-Norma. If you can’t climb stairs, be sure to get a room on a lower floor.
The only suggestion I have is to extend breakfast hours. Breakfast is served from 8-9. Several of us were already in the casual living room at 7 and none of us could get the coffee maker to...

"Staff was unable to fix any of the problems. We were unable to connect to the TV to stream from our phones. The manager tried to figure it out but had no clue and told us the technical guy was out of town.
The decorations like pictures on the walls were missing. The hooks were there but no pictures.
The power outlets on one side of the bed didn't work.
No table and chairs in the room. They did have an old broken down fainting couch but it was too uncomfortable to sit on. We asked for...
