"The staff were extremely kind, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate us. They welcomed us warmly upon arrival. They also allowed us to check in a little early and one staff rode the elevator up with us to show us how to get to the room. Quite refreshing for us who are in our senior years and have not adapted so well to today's ever changing technology. I wll highly recommend to all my friends and family members!"

"Stayed during July. Lobby is great. Room was dank and smelled like mildew. Carpet was old and ripped so you could see the pad underneath. Windows were extremely old and not well insulated which caused the humidity to make the sheets and everything in the room feel damp like sleeping in a tent. There was a fitness room but no controlled access and no working ventilation which meant “no air” on a 90 degree day. I would probably not stay here again if given another opportunity."

"The staff was amazingly friendly and nice. The staff was also very nice. The pool area, bar and restaurant was very clean and very welcoming. We had a great time relaxing in the hot tub with a drink from a great bartender. The room on the other hand was poor. It stunk like pet urine. It was hot and humid out so it made it worse. "The room, in general, appeared clean. Upon further examination, the room corners had not been cleaned for some time, just swept around the floor lamp. There were spider webs and cobwebs present, and they had been there for some time."

"Checked in late. There was no sheets for the sofa bed. Really unfortunate since we needed the extra bed. Also the curtains do not close all the way so the sun shows right through the space."

"Everything was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. They were having a technical difficulty at the front desk, but staff was right on top of it, and did a work around to keep guests from being inconvenienced. Plus, it was fixed by the time we returned from dinner. The breakfast was a bit sparse on fruit and protein options, but it was adequate. Also, I missed having a coffee maker in the room."
