"The staff were extremely kind, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate us. They welcomed us warmly upon arrival. They also allowed us to check in a little early and one staff rode the elevator up with us to show us how to get to the room. Quite refreshing for us who are in our senior years and have not adapted so well to today's ever changing technology. I wll highly recommend to all my friends and family members!"

"Elevator was broken and we were on 4th floor and are not able to climb stairs. This created a major issue! The one good thing was the action of staff to move us down to 1st floor!! BIG THANKS TO THEM FOR THEIR ASSISTANCE! EVERYTHING ELSE WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD!!"

"Property was right off the interstate and close to a few fast restaurants. My room was spacious and very clean."

"Hot tub was out of order, outdoor pool was closed and indoor pool is out in the open beside the buffet restaurant where A LOT of men which one can only assume were truck drivers or something. They were also setting up a band in the lobby as well. Went to the room and it looked good but in the hall were Hispanic men with chairs giving each other haircuts it appeared they lived there and were very loud. By this time my anxiety was a 10 and I needed some crackers so I went to find a vending machine...

"Our room was “cleaned” before checkout. Staff had thrown out half of our belongings that were still in our room including prescription medications. Bathroom was not clean. Front desk staff did nothing to compensate for our belongings being thrown in the garbage. Why our room was cleaned before we had checked out doesn’t make any sense and to throw someone’s medication out is an obvious sign they had not checked out. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend."

"Killed a bug in the shower. Nice that there were 4 towels and wash clothes. Could use to have USB and c-port charging spots. Overall a good experience "

"The room smelled so bad like cigarettes which i didn't request a smoking room.. There was someone's toe nails on the floor and the bedding had hair in the bed.. The air conditioner smelled horrible when i turned it on..Just nasty all the way around. They said that was the only room left the lady at the desk so very rude and had a really bad attitude. We just left we lost our money and the room because i refuse to sleep in a hotel room that is dirty like that."
