"Quick stay for work. Got in late and just went to sleep. Comfortable room no complaints there. Next morning opened the window and noticed how dirty the room was. Not typical for this chain and may have been a fluke. Notified desk at check out and staff was very apologetic."

"I’ve never walked into someone in a room that was mine, yet that’s what happened. The lobby employee gave me a key to my room and when I walked in there was someone’s things and them in the room! I went back and told the employee and they asked if I checked the curtain since when it’s closed that means someone is in there. What!?! When I get a key for a room I assume no one else will be in it. In my room, the kitchen faucet leaked and dripped all night, the microwave was filthy inside, what...

"Fab location close to downtown, 3 min walk to the metro for Bellevue etc. Staff are great, beds comfy and there's even nice coffee 24/7 in reception. Pancake house over the road is great for breakfast too "

"Stayed for one night. The hotel is spacious, clean, quiet and very conveniently located at Redmond Town Centre. The hotel looks and feels modern. I loved that the room had two king beds which is quite rare."

"A cost-effective option for the outskirts of Seattle. The exterior, property and rooms are a bit worn, but all amenities were functional, it seemed clean all around and the staff were helpful. It's just off the highway, but it's quiet enough and the Renton/southern Bellevue area is pleasant enough to warrant visiting. I would choose this place again given its price and proximity to the Seattle area. "

"Great service easy access to everything pool was nice and had the fitness rom in the next room with windows and the breakfast was great small healthy breakfast on the weekend we stayed there and amenities and stores and shopping areas were close by on 5 min drive will come back again for another trip."
