"The check-in staff was welcoming and friendly. The property was not very clean. There was garbage stacked up in the corners of the stairways, hair in my bathtub and urine drops on my toilet. The rooms seem pretty shabby and worn. Some of the other guests were extremely loud, with one guest at the end of my hallway leaving his door open all day and the TV blasting. Thankfully it got much more quiet at night. I would expect to pay about $75 per night for rooms like this, but the cost was much...

"Our stay was just okay. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, I was disappointed with the lack of housekeeping. The rooms are not cleaned daily, and fresh towels are not supplied to the room unless you go out of your way to get them. It felt as though the hotel simply provides the physical space, and you are expected to manage the rest. I was really hoping for standard daily room service during my stay."

"Everything was fine, but not great. We paid a lot for the room, and being in Bellevue m, assumed it would be good. However there were several things that made it seem pretty run down and old. They tried to charge us for early check in, but did waive eventually once I explained we were waiting for a mobile locksmith to fix the car- and would thus be waiting in the lobby for those two hours.
