"Staff, including Front Desk and Housekeeping, were outstanding. Linen and water were replaced or replenished daily, and bed linens were changed per schedule. Several difficulties I encountered were addressed to my satisfaction, which included "spotty" Internet connection and insect control. The Front Desk staff got me changed to a room which had excellent Internet, the first room I was given had a modem or router which was malfunctioning (Internet completely dropped out). The new room Internet service was excellent (more than 300 Mbps). I noticed several very small German cockroaches, which Housekeeping took care of immediately. Overall, I was very happy with the Golden Tulip; great value. Thank you!"
