"The lobby was under renovation so I got a little scared walking in but the staff was so friendly they welcomed me and my family amazingly during this stay. The rooms and the view are superb. So guess what ? I will stay again every time I come to Chicago. Thank you and see you soon"

Hotel yg Strategis dan tidak terlalu mahal
"Lokasi sangat strategis untuk menjelajahi downtown kota Chicago terutama daerah seputaran loop area. Hotel agak tua meskipun terawat dengan baik. Pemanas di kamar yg kami tempati kurang berkerja efektif."
