"I'm always pleased to come to this Hotel and find the staff pleasant, the Lobby and hallways spotless and the rooms clean. I always ask for the 4th floor and I get it. The breakfast is delicious and the kitchen staff helpful. I've been staying at this particular hotel for over 2 years now and each time I stay, it only gets better."

"The hotel room I was assigned had a strong mildew smell from the moment we walked in. I immediately brought it to the attention of the front desk, but the staff was not helpful in resolving the issue.
To make matters worse, there was only one employee working at the front desk, which made the check-in process take much longer than it should have. Traveling with my wife and infant daughter, this was especially frustrating after a long day.

"Do not select breakfast included on Expedia for this hotel. I added this and the staff didn’t recognize at check-in this was included. Then the breakfast is no where to be found.
