Breakfast was really good better than the pictures show with unlimited coffee and juice, the coffee machine was a great standard but only thing is make sure you arrive for breakfast between 8:30-9am as they don’t really top the food up once it runs out. "The business apartment was very comfortable and very well equipped. The pool was quite busy when we wanted to use it but it was still ok. All areas were clean and tidy. The reception staff could be a little more enthusiastic and engaged, a greeting is not too much to ask?"

The location is also a big plus—conveniently close to Bucharest North Station and just a short Uber ride from the Old Town. The only drawback was the lack of bathroom privacy. The shower area offers no separation, which is especially uncomfortable in a twin room when sharing with a travel companion. "Breakfast had plenty of choice. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby area was modern and welcoming. Sky bar restaurant food was good but small portions. Service started well but was slow after main course. Pool was cold, steam room not working, sauna was lovely. Gym well equipped. "

I can't stress enough how pleasant and welcoming everyone was. The room was clean but the maintenance lacked a little. The restroom exhaust fan did not work at all. "This is an absolutely fantastic hotel which I enjoyed from the start check-in to when I unfortunately had to leave at checkout. Staff, especially those on reception and in the gym area are fantastic and extremely friendly and very welcoming.
