"I will say that the room and the facility was clean. However, it is enormously dated with poor furnishing's , uncomfortable beds, AC that does not work properly. Was not provided the room I had booked , had a hard time communicating with the hotel. They do provide a free breakfast which we did not eat I went for coffee and was made very uncomfortable because I asked for an Americano, but not with instant coffee. The woman working the coffee at the breakfast was horribly rude. We would...

"Beautiful setting and redone gated farmhouse opposite Orvieto. Nice continental breakfast with view (but ants!). Simple dinner available. Had to call multiple numbers before I found someone to check me in. Waited a while. Clerk didn’t speak English so didn’t help much with concierge info (American owners aren’t on site). Maids noisy early in morning. Can’t get taxis so had to pay driver 35€ every time to Orvieto. (Funicular not working!)"

"Great location! The staff was kind and helpful. Parking is a challenge, but that’s what you get at the center of an ancient city! Would definitely recommend this hotel to be in the center of the cute town of Orvieto."

"We loved our stay here but we were disappointed they cancelled our wine tasting experience . It was one of the reasons to stay here. We loved the poolside areas and service. The resort breakfast was amazing. We loved sitting on our terrace and enjoying the view. We were not huge fans of the dinner restaurant. Bit pricey for food we did not enjoy. Otherwise great stay."

"An excellent and beautifully presented breakfast included was a wonderful way to start the morning drive.. Friendly, helpful staff. Perfect stop just 1.5 hours north of Rome. Quiet and serene with rooms offering a generous balcony overlooking the pool. Grazie mille!!"
