"VERY clean and the beds were very comfortable. Updated bathroom, guy at the front desk was phenomenal and so nice, we had one issue and that was no toilet paper in the room when we got there. He gave us a roll when asked, no problem so honestly wasn’t a real issue. Would definitely recommend!"

"We stumbled on this hotel because Cleveland was booked. It was well worth a short drive. Great hotel on a nice university campus. Very nice, quiet, and we found a nice cafe with an outstanding breakfast. Highly recommend."

"This is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. "
