"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"

Le gérant a proposé de nous aider à porter les valises et pour cause de disponibilité nous avons eu le droit à une chambre plus grande pour aucun frais supplémentaires. Petit déjeuner super avec possibilité de faire son jus pressé et des gâteaux fait par le personnel de l’hôtel sont également à votre disponibilité tout comme un café ou un chocolat chaud."

"O hotel é administrado por uma família ( pais e filho) que foram extremamente gentis. Permitiram um check in mais cedo. Nos deram varias informações e dicas sobre a cidade e passeios. Anteciparam o horário do café da manhã para podermos sair cedo para os nossos passeios. O café da manhã é farto e com diversas opções. Ambiente acolhedor e muito bem decorado. Super recomendo "
