"This property really is a great value for what you're getting. But don't mistake it for anything more than a budget friendly, spacious place to stay. And if we're honest with ourselves, what more do we need? The sheets on the bed had cigarette burn holes in them. Some of the characters hanging out on the property were... Interesting. There were a couple of fellows doing a brake job on an old Honda in the parking lot, which... You do what you can with what you've got. No criticism intended. All the same, I didn't feel unsafe and no one bothered me. The young lady at the front desk was extremely courteous and had lots of good information. The only real gripe I had was my room faced the street. It's NOISY on the street-side."

"We were charged $10 per night to park even though we were paying to stay at the establishment. The restaurant was good but service was a little slow. Overall the housekeeping was the best part."

"Ordered balcony room, got first floor with no separation from the outside pool area walkway. Plus found clothes on the floor in the room from previous guest. Didn’t ask to switch rooms because was told the night I checked in the hotel was full. The phone also didn't work. "
