Just a personal remark about sustainability: the message in the bathroom about protecting the environment is senseless when housekeeping replaces even the towels hanging on the rack every day. (Housekeeping did a great job – cleanliness was outstanding – it’s just this small detail!)"

"We had a lovely stay at Occidental Roca Negra. The hotel is peaceful with beautiful, quiet surroundings—perfect for relaxing. The spa and pool area were highlights, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The only minor downside is that there isn’t much nearby in terms of shops or markets, but if you’re looking for a place to unwind and disconnect, this hotel is ideal."

"We went to the island for work, we’ve never stayed here. From the minute we walked in we were wowed by the place. It’s absolutely beautiful, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the rooms are enormous with everything you could even need inside. The grounds are huge and also stunning. I loved the salt water infinity pool. I recommend the breakfast too, every single breakfast item you could think of, they had.
