" Just returned from a 3-night stay at this hotel and had a really solid experience overall. The place has a clean, modern feel throughout, which I appreciated. Our room was well-maintained and spacious enough, with daily housekeeping that kept everything tidy. The contemporary design and furnishings felt current without being flashy. Both check-in and checkout went smoothly - no issues or long waits, which is always nice when you're travelling. The breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight. Good variety of options, including local items alongside the standard fare, and the quality was better than I expected for a hotel breakfast. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing felt forced or overly scripted - just genuine service, which made the experience more pleasant. The rooftop terrace is probably the hotel's best feature. Great views of the Alhambra and the city, making it a nice spot to unwind in the evening. The pool is on the smaller side, but it does the job if you want to cool off. The view while you're in it is pretty special. Location worked well for us - most of the main sights and areas we wanted to explore were within walking distance. We didn't need to rely on transportation much, which was convenient. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're staying in Granada. The combination of location, amenities, and service made for a comfortable stay. Would consider staying here again if we're back in the area."

"The hotel was well located. Room was very comfortable and the staff was great. They went the extra mile when there was an issue with air conditioning and brought us a portable air conditioning for our room and the problem was quickly resolved. The laundry service was also very convenient! They wash, dry and fold your clothes for 35 euros. The breakfast was also great!"

"We truly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is a stunning replica of the Alhambra Palace, and the rooms were beautiful. I especially loved the luxurious touch of Elie Saab shampoo, shower gel, and lotion — very fancy! The staff were warm and friendly, and the food was excellent. It was my mom’s birthday during our stay, and we appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a box of chocolates left in her room. However, it would have been even more special if there had been a note saying “Happy Birthday,” so she knew it was a gift from the Alhambra Hotel. The location is right next to the Alhambra Palace, but it's a bit away from the downtown area where most of the activity happens. However, Uber is reasonably priced and has been our go-to for getting around. Overall, a lovely experience, and we would gladly return!"

Staff were very helpful on arrival in helping us orientate ourselves with the city. We were only staying for one night so there wasn't much opportunity to fully experience the hotel but overall the facilities seemed to be of a high standard. "
