"Staff seemed annoyed when asking questions. There was no coffee and the fruit was the fruit cups you eat as a kid. Location was the highlight because it’s near Hollywood sign. Griffith park, Warner brothers and Disney. They said we had a view but it was a wall and I did request a lower level so my fault. Room was clean and ac was cold."

"I frequently fly into Burbank for board meetings and always stay at the Hotel Burbank because 95% of the time, rooms have been clean, quiet, the bed is comfortable, I truly appreciate the mini fridge and microwave, and the whole ambiance of the room feels relaxing and comfortable at the end of a very busy day."

"There was power outage from 10:45pm 6am. And it was through the city. We weren’t notified when we checked in. There’s just a sign posted. Instead of them telling you directly. There was no sign how to exit since the elevators were down. I was stuck in the building. And then I had to exit the building from alarm door. Because there security guard was taking his sweet time to find me. There was so much noise above us they kept continuing saying nothing was going on. The hotel is very cheaply made so you can literally hear every noise from the room above you. On top of that when we checked in this has never happened to me I had a car they charged me for 1 day of parking when my reservation was 3 days. So when I came back after my surgery I couldn’t get back In. Mind you parking is inflated at $50 a day. Not one person there had customer service skills. No one greets you or notifies you when they having issues. Because all they want is your $$$. They made it seem like I was the problem. There was so many ways they could’ve handle the situation. Especially like making signs on how to really exit their building because not all stair cases in their hotel lead to no exit. Also they do not tell you when you check in that you need to call 24 hours in advance for room service. We had to put all our trash outside the door bc the room was smelling. No one picked up the trash while we were there. Just overall the WORST EXPERIENCE IN A HOTEL I EVER HAD. Be prepared to be treated horribl!"
