Overall great value. Bedding and towels - excellent. Location 5 stars. Parking is very tight so if you have a bigger car it is a no go. Internet connection could be better.

This was a really nice stay. The space was clean and everything we needed was provided and the staff were very responsive. The only thing to note is that this space is extremely small and felt like were in a shoebox.

The property is in a good position. It is close to the Centro, close to a small plaza with several bars and cafes on it and the other laneways leading from it, a reasonable walk from the main train station, and the actual laneway is relatively quiet. The apartment was small but adequate, with separate bedroom to the kitchenette/lounge. My main downside was that I was specifically looking for a "hotel", assuming I would have no concerns checking in/out, and I could leave my bags when turning up early. Only after looking in detail at the checkin procedure did I realise it was a remote checkin. I must say, as a further positive, the checkin and communication process (via my Expedia booking engine link) was flawless. Still wasn't able to drop bags early because the system only allows access after the checkin time. A final gripe is the property advertising on Expedia, indicated a terrace was available. In reality, it is only available if you book the only apartment that has use of this terrace. To be fair, that may be an issue with Expedia, rather than the hosts themselves. To finish on a positive, it was a well-postioned, relatively good-value, clean apartment.

Room was clean but small. Never met any staff. Property manager made all contact via WhatsApp and access codes sent to us. Good WiFi. All amenities worked. There was no parking (we were told it was full), and we had to park in public garage about a 20 minutes uphill walk from the property location. Located about 15 minutes walk from historic old cathedral. Restaurant Oliver frequented by locals is a great place for breakfast and REAL Andalusian/Spanish meals.

PROS: Location is fantastic. The property is clean with well-thought out designs and amenities, and looks like what you see in pictures. CONS: Having no actual person to talk to re checking in and checking out might be off-putting at first, but nonetheless, this was well-handled by Casa Lavanda. Our room had a leaking boiler; it was connected to a water bottle that I had to empty in the night to stop the constant drip-drip. Also, it would be good if there was a place to leave baggage after check-out.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of June. I normally do not write reviews, but this hotel truly deserves a very good one. The check-in process was very efficient. They send you two access codes, and in our case we had not received them at first, but we called and within a few minutes they arrived. The room was perfect for my family of four. It was extremely clean—so clean that we walked barefoot, and our feet stayed clean. The décor looks exactly like the photos, but something you cannot see in pictures is that the cleaning products they use smell very nice without being overpowering. At home, we use fragrance-free cleaning products, so we really appreciated that. The location is perfect. My 10-year-old daughter and I walked from the hotel to the Alhambra, and it was such a beautiful walk. Along the way there were shops, terraces, ice cream shops, and live music. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is the first time I have ever written a hotel review. I really dislike leaving negative feedback, but I simply cannot let this slide. First of all, the sewage smell in the whole room was unbearable, to the point where it gave me a headache. It wasn't just at certain times; the awful stench persisted throughout the entire day. Secondly, there was zero response from the hotel no matter how many messages I sent. If there is no front desk, I believe they should at least be responsive online. I asked a question unrelated to the smell, but received no reply during my entire 2-night stay. The service is truly terrible. I absolutely do not recommend this place and strongly advise you to avoid it.

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, die Lage gut. Es gibt Parkplätze im Haus, allerdings sollte das Auto nicht zu groß sein. Leider hatten wir kein warmes Wasser und das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig. Auch hat ein Abtrockentuch in der Küche gefehlt. Sonst war aber alles ok

Appartement très bien situé : les bars, restaurants, la cathédrale sont a 5 min a pied et même au bout de la rue. Et pourtant l'appartement est très calme. La chambre est grande et pratique pour 2 adultes. Salle de bain propre, jolie avec une grande douche. En revanche, l'espace salon est un peu petit pour manger à 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants) mais a été possible tout de même. Ce serait bien également d'avoir un grille pain et des bols. Si vous êtes de passage pour 1 nuit ou 2 cet un emplacement idéal.

Bonnes indications pour l'arrivée et le parking est à proximité (19€ les 24h). Appartement propre et calme et belle terrasse situé à 4mn à pied de la cathédrale. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité sur différentes petites places.
