The suite was absolutely top notch, comfortable and spacious. The best place we stayed on our trip. Staff was super courteous, helpful and made reservations for us at a great restaurant and for a tour of the Alhambra. Great Location in Granada, shopping and food was everywhere, great location for the evening Paseo.
We loved everything about this place. The place is so beautiful and clean. The rooms were spotless and beautiful
The staff was the major part of our perfect stay they made our trip amazing. We will remember this trip always thank you very much for everything.

The room was excellent with new furniture and decor, large screen TV with good channel options, very clean, new clean towels, very good large bed. The design of the bathroom/shower is terrible - no space of two people and shower and toilet doors collide when open and as glass very dangerous - need to remove one of these doors immediately. The hotel is located perfectly close to the centre of the city but in a quieter street
Lovely hotel, modern rooms with good facilities. Staff all very helpful and welcoming. Valet parking very much appreciated to avoid the narrow Andalusian car parks!
Only downside was that our room faced onto the street - this was fine the first night, but the other 2 there was quite a lot of noise from people going out as well as bins being collected. Was fine with ear plugs though!
We loved our visit to Granada, Spain and were so happy we chose this hotel. It is a beautiful hotel in a former Palace. The staff was friendly and helpful.
A unique property in that it is a converted house from a family back in the 1800.
Lovely room w high ceiling, central location but quiet
Has a lovely terrace
Beautiful hotel in convenient location. Spacious rooms with comfortable and clean amenities. Loved the towel warmer and luxurious towels and robes and bedding. Friendly service. Would highly recommend.
Excellent location, 8-10min walk to cathedral, 20-25min walk to Alhambra.
Clean hotel and room. Hotel restaurant offers good menu.
Staff is very courteous. Car parking is available along with valet service.
Lovely hotel in an historic building. Staff was friendly, helpful, low key, and efficient. Room was spotless and spacious. Also filled with light and with high ceilings. In the modern part of the city about a 20-30 minute walk to the sites.
Clean, quiet, great bed.
The drinks and bar food are lovely and the outdoor bar area is lovely!
Staff are very helpful and polite. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
Lovely stay. Conveniently located close to everything to walk to. Staff were excellent but rooms and bathrooms need a bit of work but were good. (like my room didnt have a bedside table but my kids did).
This property was very comfortable and welcoming. The room had personal touches including a handwritten welcome card, half bottle of wine and snacks. The spa/sauna needs to be reserved per use and was a bit inconvenient as we were instructed to come down in bathrobes and slippers. But it was mostly empty and easy to access. The breakfast was excellent with hot food options to order.

Elegantly appointed boutique hotel in a historic mansion. Every detail of decor reflects thought and aesthetic alignment. Service 5-star--we felt cared for and in a luxury hotel. Turn down service included truffles on the bed. We had a dinner in the restaurant. Food was top flight and beautiful despite temporary location. Breakfast buffet not fancy but adequate. Waiter on Tuesday morning was coughing everywhere, a single deficit in our experience at this nearly perfect hotel.

Nice historical building, and nice garden. Breakfast was good. Rom and bathroom outdated. Stuff not so friendly. Valley parking services excellent.
We left early morning (5:30)to catch the train to cordoba -so we missed breakfast.
Fernando, at front desk, made arrangements for “picnic” that we picked up! Delicious and very detailed! We had a short but wonderful stay!
