The hotel itself was incredibly hot in hallways due to thermal spas but front desk delivered fan directly to room when asked for. "Wow, amazing big room and huge toilet. Always clean, very comfortable, delicious breakfast, Stefano is very attentive and courteous. Room 8 had a kettle, coffee machine and fridge, very handy. Just hope to have polite guests upstairs cause you can hear everything, apart from that all perfect!"

"The rooms were very spacious and clean and the beds were vety comfortable. Everybody was so kind and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. My only regret was not being able to stay another night as we were traveling to Assisi the next day. The locat to Lucca was also perfect and tge drive into the walled city was less than two minutes. I can't say enough great things about our hostess and her mom. They we absolutely sweet and wonderful people. The next time, I will use La Chiuso Delle Monache...

"We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from. It was an easy walk to the historic center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!"
