"Check in process was easy, it was all self service and the instructions were very clear so it made this a simple process. The room was a decent size however part is the ceiling is quite low so you had to duck down when moving around. (Room 5) There was a fridge with a jug of water in and a selection of tea and coffee on the side with biscuits. I stayed for 2 nights but there was only enough coffee and biscuits for 1 night. "A truly exceptional find this little gem of a pub hotel in a beautiful location in Norfolk. Stayed in a cabin and it was lovely, clean and well presented, the bed was very comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast options were very good we had the full breakfast which was excellent, the evening meal was delicious, the pies are out of this world. Can’t fault this pub and can’t recommend it enough. Will definitely stay there again. "

"Amazing stay! From the gentleman at check in, to the room to staff at breakfast, everything was superb. Hotel is really really lovely, our room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Lovely touch having ice cold water and fresh milk in the mini fridge as well for tea and coffee. Bed was super comfortable. "Lovely Hotel, room was clean, bath was superb and shower, we stayed in The Lawn Rooms and they were really well equipped. Staff really friendly in The Feathers, breakfast was lovely. Highly recommend a stay at The Feathers in the centre of Holt, especially on Market Weekend!"
