"under trained staff, shade in room broken with outside streetlight shining into room all night, no paper plates for breakfast. just a very unpleasant experience. Will not stay here again. Worst Hampton I've ever stayed in. Staff tried to be helpful. I blame the management of this business for these short-comings. elevator was broken when we checked in but fixed soon afterwards. Worst of all it was a holiday weekend."

"The elevators were down so had to take luggage up to 4th floor. The stairwells are not air conditioned and the 4th floor smelled like cooked cabbage. Opened the room and it smelled like dirty bedding.
The staff was all VERY friendly.
No gluten free safe food options."

"We returned from supper and front desk clerk did not even look up from her phone.
A yellow bucket, full of dirty mop, water and a dirty mop was right at the front desk
Our Shower had mildew growing along the edge
Breakfast buffet might’ve been OK if it had been refilled. We asked if there were any more boiled eggs and we received a sigh and the attendant went back to get some more."
