We left an expensive item in the room. Contacted Steven, he had staff secure it. Spoke to Lydia who made arrangements to have it shipped to us. NICE JOB. WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR "

"There are many 1 star reviews for this property, but our experience was the opposite. Room was very clean, and nice. Also keep in mind this is flagstaff, az so expectations must be tempered. In this area, 10/10 would stay again "

"Friendly staff, helped to give advice for food and activities in the area. Clean, updated rooms, comfortable beds. Family owned business who pays attention to detail. They had sanitizing wipes placed next to remote on side table. The hotel exterior and lobby were nicely decorated for Christmas. Located conveniently just outside the Grand Canyon South Rim entrance. We had a pleasant stay and will come again."
