About the noise during the night ; you said that nobody were at the reception again on the morning : my husband were here at the reception you talk with him, he ask you if the night was ok you said there were noise. We ask another customer she said she did not hear anything but anyway that can happen so my husband offer you a coffee... As well you have a moment with him where you were kidding about the sound and told him that it was no matter. As well when the taxi driver arrived. So i don't know why you said that but it is not nice for us and for our work.

BonjourJe tiens à préciser que nous avons des chambres avec TV et des chambres sans TV, des chambres plus petites et des chambres plus grande , des lits 160 et des lits King. Vous avez délibérément pris une petite chambre sans TV puisque vous aviez réservé 6 mois à l'avance. Le lit il fait bien 160 cm comme écrit et comme je vous l'ai rappelé. Peut être aurais-je dû prendre un mètre pour vous le prouver ? Nous mettons à disposition des chambres de gamme différentes. Vous avez choisi la moins chère et aimeriez les services des plus chères... no comment

Hello You just change your plan and want a refund that is totaly unfair. We have consult you after the first night you just mention the mosquitos and a tower with a mark . We decided to offer that first night and give you an upgrade to another room you did not want and booked something else . You said horrible things on the room that is bad and you said that there is nothing on the street exept 4 places . Look at all other comments ; people call Grand Case as the gastronomic capital of the island...

Bonjour Merci pour votre commentaire, nou savons bien pris note de vos remarque. Concernant le ménage, nous procédons à un petit ménage chaque jours et un grand ménage tous les 5 jours. Les serviettes sont changées dans le séjour mais pas tout les jours. Pour le sol il est lavé si nécessaire lors du petit ménage et automatiquement fait lors du grand ménage. Nous sommes désolé que cela ne vous ai pas suffit et en tiendrons compte.

About the houosekeeping is changing sheets when it is needed and towels on the flow. We will be attentive to that if it was not done during your stay. Regards
