"This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at when in France, goose down white quilts, fresh bed linens, fluffy soft pillows, and comfortable mattress allow a weary vacationer/traveler to get a good night's sleep. The staff is wonderful, food at the in-house Jeanne D'Arc Restaurant is very good and reasonable for the fine cuisine. At the staff is very helpful and accommodating- especially Sheena who speaks French & English. I highly recommend this as the hotel to stay at in Rouen. Fitting it...

L'accueil est chaleureux, la maîtresse de maison est souriante et heureuse de partager ses adresses et même ses photos personnelles lorsqu'elle a su que l'on partait visiter le domaine du Champ de Bataille. Les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût. Les petit déjeuners sont également très bien."

"The property has a magnificent setting on Seine river halfway between Giverny and Rouen. Tremendous riverview garden and balconies. Restaurant has very good food including breakfast & dinner! Comfortable bed and adequate bathrooms with outstanding walk in shower. The venue exudes nothing but charm!"
