Our trip was fine but this hotel was less that what was advertised or expected being a Wyndham property. Very unsatisfied. A/C worked enough to keep the room from being sweltering but cool...not really. The original pictures showed a swimming pool and that was non existent. The shower was so slippery that I had to put down a couple washcloths so I did not slip and fall. The Bathroom sink did not drain well and there was a slight odor once the water did drain. It did go away but again, something NOT expected with a Wyndham location. Overall.... we will NOT ever stay there again and I would very much like a refund of some kind as this was NOT what was expected with the name for sure. We could have stayed at a motel 6 and had a better room and experience. We are NOT happy with our stay and WILL NOT recommend this location to anyone for a place to stay.

Everything in the room was clean, we felt safe, the staff was very accommodating. It was close to restaurants, and water park. The pillows and bed were comfortable. They could shampoo the carpet or switch to hard floor to make an improvement, but overall the room was priced right and worked well for my family.

The door to get in said room key was needed but that was broke. There was a used towel on the hook in the bathroom and the hotel seat was gross from how old it was. Updates needed. The smell was awful in the whole place

The room was "clean" but the window did not shut all the way and was held in place by a bar so I guess there is that. It was very annoying when the wind would blow. The people above me were so loud and stompy and I could hear everything in the hallway. The locks were secure on the doors. The bed was comfy but with the wind blowing through the small crack in the window, I didn't sleep very well. Paying over 100 dollars for that was not worth it and I won't stay again. If you are looking to just sleep, make sure to get a room on the top floor.
