"Good hotel for convenience and proximity to all parts of Cape Town. Parking is a problem, with no designated hotel parking available. Staff are friendly upon arrival and departure, but simple requests for additional towel took pulling some teeth, and promises around room changes due to poor temperature control were not followed through, leaving a bitter taste about service standards. TLDR: good for convenience & comfort, but don’t expect the best service."

"Hotel reception is on the first floor of the building, which is served by a lift or you can easily walk up a flight of stairs (if you do not have heavy things to carry). First impression of Habitat is that it is modern and clean. My room was on the same floor as the reception and breakfast area. Initially thinking that it would be noisy but it wasn't. "This lovely property offers numerous amenities and features an exceptional staff. When my original flight from New York was canceled, my host Ryan promptly adjusted my accommodation. The aromatherapy was a wonderful added touch. I wholeheartedly recommend this property."

"Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und haben einen Kühlschrank. Das Bad ist sehr klein. Es stimmt, was in anderen Bewertungen steht, dass unten auf dem Platz Markt ist und morgens sehr früh aufgebaut wird , ich fand das aber eine sehr schöne Geräuschkulisse. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, hier sollte jeder etwas finden. Es gab auch vegane Milch. Auf dem Dach ist ein winziger Pool, aber ganz nett , wenn man noch mal draußen sitzen möchte."

"Think of this as an apartment hotel and you'll have the idea. The unit was as pictured. The security process at the front made us feel very safe, but took a little time at check in. Some issues with a nearby tenant whose cannabis smell kept getting into our room somehow. Lots of closet space. Comfortable beds. A few odd things like no hand soap in the bathrooms."

"Das Hotel liegt direkt im Central Business District. Die Waterfront ist zu Fuß etwa 20 min weit weg. Direkt nebenan befinden sich ein Burger King und ein Lebensmittel Shop, dort haben wir immer unser Wasser gekauft. Eine tolle Lage und ein super Hotel, würde ich wieder buchen."
