"An elevator was down for the entire duration of our stay. We tried to use the other elevator only to find out there was no way to cross over to our side. Seems like this is an issue because it’s mentioned in other reviews. I should have been a bit more wary. There was a dirty towel in the middle of the bathroom and a brown, suspicious stain on the living room rug. We were also missing coffee for the coffee maker. Everytime we were in the lobby, it reeked of cigarette smoke. No one was...

"Breakfast was really good clean room staff were very polite one off the best places I’ve stayed ( I travel 6 times a year ) the staff answered any questions even giving me advice on best places in Paris Deffinatly going again "

"They don’t clean the room everyday, kitchen is very tiny. Only 2 towels per day when I paid for 3 people to stay there, homeless every night just in front of the hotel, 2 slow and old elevators, one wasn’t working. Couch bed mattress was not comfortable at all, very hard mattress, sheets not soft material, bathroom smelled like public restroom, overall cleaning service was too bad. Parking not available, it’s a busy area for shopping, you won’t find parking for your car. "

"Location is very good- close to many metro lines, restaurants, grocery, etc. Staff is not on site and messages can take some time for a response. Listing was accurate and the room was good for a place to rest in between excursions. "
