The reception staff and bar staff in particular were excellent. Very friendly people who remembered faces and drinks extremely well. The cleaner was very nice and never rushed us out so she could clean the rooms. Overall an excellent experience

Incredible service, amazing beach & facilities with great attention to detail. We spent a fantastic week there and barely managed to leave the hotel at all because it was so nice.

We went for knowing we wanted a lazy holiday. Our aim was to spend as much time on a sun lounger as possible and I think we managed pretty well. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are SO helpful and we possible the best massages in the Spa we've ever had.
We explored the 2 towns close to the resort; Port Louis seemed to be more of a day time excursion, the markets are great and its def worth a visit, but beware of getting hassled (its pretty much the opposite of been in the hotel). Grand Baie...

Room was extremely comfortable and the service is exceptional. Note the sea here can be too shallow to swim in at low tide, and we stayed during a neep tide when the water was too low to use the pedaloes, canoes etc. Highly recommend the trip to swim with dolphins arranged by the hotel, note you need to be a strong swimmer though to jump off the boat on cue and swim rapidly to keep up with them - children under 12 probably couldn't manage it. The only thing which marred an otherwise fantastic...

Just perfect. Food is outstanding, service is as good as any hotel we have ever stayed. The staff are extremely friendly, courteous and polite. The setting is magnificent. The food and drinks are a little pricey but worth every single penny (rupee).
As an example, my daughter had burnt her face and was a little upset whilst we were having dinner. The waiter noticed and asked if she would like to see a doctor. Within 2 minutes (no exaggeration) a doctor was there with some cream which solved...

We liked Location, Security Measures, Property Cleanliness & Greenery, Interiors and communication.
We disliked absence of attendant at site, no breakfast but these are not deal breakers. It is still a wonderful stay ! We shall surely choose this place again, if we revisit Mauritius East Coast.
It is costly but Value for money.

Wow! This hotel is an absolute dream. We would move in tomorrow.
If we could describe it in three words they would be: Boojee. Fashionable. Delicious. It has the ultimate Soho House vibes.
Special thanks to the amazing staff Viana
Ved, Vinesh, Angel and the BRILLIANT Akhilesh who went above and beyond to ensure our honeymoon was nothing short of amazing. Thank you!
The location of this hotel is a piece of paradise in itself, with breathtaking views of the crystal-clear Indian Ocean and...

The larger 4-bed villa that I booked was lovely; we also saw the inside of a smaller 3-bed unit, and it looks like the 3-bed ones have had a bit of a refurb that hasn’t reached the 4-bed villa yet, but it was honestly lovely. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially our cleaner Marie, who was an absolute star. Would thoroughly recommend.

We go on many holidays a year however this is by far the best hotel service we have ever received. They did so much for us. A little goes a long way. Even the manager came and spoke to everyone individually during dinner - where else do you get that?! Every single member of staff, gave the best service ! They gave us a cake for our anniversary. Towels were made into swans. Bottle of wine. Hellos and thank yous, always asking if there was anything else we can do and they all knew our names. The...
