Overall the cleanliness of this location is going downhill from when they opened. I stay here frequently. I found used sheets on the pullout and our room smelled of dog urine that they'd tired to mask. The water dispenser in the fitness room wasn't working either.

Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Downtown by IHG
It was convenient, next to the highway and close to the downtown area. Room was clean but small. Shuttle service was great, our shuttle driver Veronica was very nice and fun! No complimentary breakfast.
