"Arrived (June 5, 2026) to discover that the Knights Inn was CLOSED. No cars in the lot, doors locked and the Knights Inn sign was removed. I guess the place was closed permanently months ago. This has never happened to me before. I was never alerted after making the reservation back in March, 2026. ..."

The Center Hotel Grand Rapids Airport
"The staff were knowledgeable and made good recommendations. The pool/hot tub area had no towels and the hot tub was not working. The kitchen/restaurant was closed for remodeling. The positive was the location. We walked to Anna’s House and the Woodland Mall."

"The hotel presents well, bright, up-to-date and very clean. Breakfast was very good, good coffee. The staff were all outgoing and helpful. Comfy bed in spacious king room. Good location very close to meijer gardens. Could use towel bars in the bathroom. Ask for a room on the end of the building away ..."
