"The room was clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would request a room on a quiet floor if you want to sleep well, further away from the terrasse. The rooms were also very warm and the air conditioner didn’t seem to work so the air in the room was stale and dry. It would be tough in the hot days of summer to stay with this issue - which others have commented on. However, I would stay here again in cooler temps as it was within walking distance to most areas."

"The hotel is in a perfect location in the centre of Toulouse, accessed from the Capitole square through a little walkway that opens onto a lovely courtyard garden. The hotel staff were welcoming and multilingual. The hotel room was on the small side, but spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and was soundproofed so despite being in the city centre we slept well. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of produce and amazing coffee. Highly recommended!"
