"I have stayed at Best Western in Pawleys Island, SC numerous times. I like the hotel, staff and amenities and rooms are clean. However, this time, I was supposed to stay for 2 days and the room was not as clean. I always check the rooms cleanliness especially around the bed and mattress. I was really not very happy to find that the platform bed near the headboard was really very dirty. It had not been cleaned in a while as it was very dusty. I felt very uncomfortable sleeping on the bed...

"The property needs attention. The hallway carpet needs to be replaced yesterday. Looks very worn and nothing like the pictures online. We killed 3 bugs in our room. Bring your own pots & pans if you plan to cook anything. The location was good and the parking was convenient. Don’t plan to stay here again."

"My room was ready before check-in time ,so I was kindly processed early. The pools were cleaned daily while most were asleep. Security is excellent. The staff are very kind and jovial. My room had a great beach view. The handsome, bathing, shampooing, rinse products provided, are formulated for the beach environment . The rooms are immaculate. Kitchen has everything a body needs for cooking or baking if desired. Refrigerator is full size. Beds are comfortable too. Yes, I would return to this...

"Enjoyed the overnight stay was a bit apprehensive because of price but the room was renovated bed was a bit hard but the view of the ocean was direct no partial view and the balcony was spacious , the staff did accommodate a late check out so we could enjoy the beach a little longer so overall a great stay for a few nights if you don’t need a bunch of amenities."
