"Definitely not what I expected of a resort. There was nowifi and the desk did not explain that issue. You were given a coffee pot with no coffee, they should explain it’s not provided and you had to pay to get a cup. I’ve been in better hotels that give you coffee. The breakfast buffett is no refills on coffee. The room was just ok as far as cleanliness. The faucet at the makeup desk wasn’t secured and moved when used. "It was not ocean view like I requested and that in itself ruined my vacation, not counting the broken elevator and having to pay to park even where we stayed. Not to mention the parking ticket I got for parking in their own parking lot instead of using the parking deck. I am 72 years old with a bad back, bad knees, and vertigo. I can't do all that walking! I will not go back there! If anybody asks me about it, I will tell them how bad it sucked!"

"Room had mold on the ceiling, no cleaning service, had to get our own fresh towels. No way to clean sand up out of the floor. I was charged more for the room than what Expedia quoted. They refused to give me a receipt. Accommodations were terrible. Will never stay at this establishment again."

"Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view."
