"Lots of pools and hot tubs-perfect for families. Pools stay open late until 11. ThEY WILL CLOSE IF STORMS ARRIVE!!"

"The stay started at the reception; the staff were in a bad mood, impatient, and made ugly faces at me—I didn't like it and felt uncomfortable. Housekeeping was fine, but the pools aren't cleaned; people throw disposable cups and even shredded Styrofoam into the water, and the ground is littered with trash! I didn't feel good about even getting into the pool. I won't book this place again."

"The hotel was under construction. I was also told that they had a bar which the bar was completely closed and under construction. My hotel room was under construction. They were really old of an old furniture . The doors were very nasty. I had to clean my room myself I also had to continue going downstairs for an assistant for towels and wash rags."

"View was great. We were on 6th floor of the Pinnacle building. Parking is always a challenge. There were far too many roaches in our room to ever feel comfortable. Rooms and kitchen were dirty. Upgrades from renovation were nice. Common areas were kept clean given the high traffic. Staff was friendly. We couldn't even go out on balcony most of the time due to Marijuana smell pouring into our rooms. We have 3 kids and didn't want them around that. I do like however all the pool options, easy...
