The cottages themselves are well designed spaces with lots of room and the amenities (pool, jacuzzi) could be so great except for a few details like dead bugs in the pool, a pool gate that is messed up and awkward to get into or close. "The hotel staff were kind and considerate. I checked in super late but the front desk was friendly regardless. When I went back to my car to collect my other stuff, the front staff even went out of his way asking me if I was please with my room. The only complain I have is of the air condition. As others have stated the air condition was very loud. But I think to fix this issue, they would need to replace the current air condition with a more updated version, which may be out of their budget. So...
